Product Details

Probeless Monitoring for Dry Ice Shipments

  • CLOG-90 is a single-use USB temperature data logger developed for dry ice, deep-frozen and ultra-low temperature shipments from -90°C to +70°C.

  • Unlike external-probe systems, the complete logger can be placed directly inside the monitored package. Its built-in sensors record the conditions experienced close to the product throughout transportation.

Key Features:

Direct Placement in Ultra-Low Temperature Packaging

  • The probeless design allows CLOG-90 to travel inside dry ice and deep-frozen packaging without installing or routing an external temperature probe.

Instant Status on the LCD

  • Check the current temperature, recording status and alarm result directly on the built-in display. After recording has stopped, users can also review maximum, minimum and average temperature information.

Encrypted PDF Report via USB

  • At destination, connect CLOG-90 to a computer USB port to generate an encrypted PDF report automatically. No dedicated reader or specialized software is required to open the report.

Multiple Alarm Ranges

  • Configure multiple temperature alarm ranges according to product stability requirements and the conditions expected during transportation.

Independent Offline Recording

  • CLOG-90 records and stores temperature data without relying on cellular networks, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or cloud connectivity.

Designed for One-Way Shipments

  • The single-use format eliminates the need to retrieve and return the logger after delivery, making it suitable for international and one-way cold chain shipments.

Information Available on the LCD:

  • Current temperature.

  • Recording and stop status.

  • Start-delay status.

  • Normal or alarm result.

  • High- or low-temperature alarm.

  • Maximum temperature.

  • Minimum temperature.

  • Average temperature.

  • Battery status.

Encrypted Shipment Report:

  • After the monitored trip, the automatically generated PDF report provides a traceable record of the temperature conditions experienced during transportation.

  • Complete temperature history.

  • Temperature graph and recorded readings.

  • Maximum, minimum and average temperature.

  • Alarm and excursion information.

  • Start and stop information.

  • Open the automatically generated PDF report.

Applications:

  • Dry ice pharmaceutical shipments.

  • Vaccines and biological products.

  • Clinical trial materials.

  • Biological samples and laboratory materials.

  • Cell, tissue and specimen transportation.

  • Deep-frozen food and ingredients.

  • Ultra-low temperature cold chain logistics.

CLOG-90 or an External-Probe Logger?

  • Choose CLOG-90 when the complete logger must travel inside dry ice packaging together with the product. Its probeless design simplifies placement in one-way shipments and provides a direct record of the internal package temperature.

  • Choose SLOG-200E when the logger body must remain outside an ultra-low temperature freezer, container or storage system while an external PT100 probe monitors the internal temperature.
